Empello today opens its local Service Testing presence in Sydney, Australia.
Operational resource is available to carry out:
– service testing of all types of premium rate services
– a range of mobile devices on all major carriers including Telstra, Optus and Vodafone/ Hutchinson 3
– discovery of in-market advertising and promotional channels
– monitoring of Apps and in-App advertising
– recording of screenshots and tracking of billing results
Compliance assessment will be carried out by the local team in Sydney with further support provided by Empello’s London office.
As in Europe, testing services and compliance monitoring will be fully integrated with the Empello “Assure” Portal, enabling tracking, communications and analytics.
