This week Kieran Clare, from the UK regulator PhonepayPlus, joins Empello as Senior Country Manager.
At PhonepayPlus Kieran carried out the role of Contact Assessment Manager, and his team were responsible for assessing consumer complaints, and deciding how these would be managed within PhonepayPlus.
In Kieran’s new role at Empello, he will be responsible for a number of markets, and will oversee a team of Country Managers and Compliance Analysts, who deliver our ad monitoring and compliance service to clients who we work for in these countries.
Bringing detailed knowledge of mobile payments compliance, applied via management of a team assessing high volumes of data, Kieran is very well placed to support Empello’s continued growth and development.
