Growing demand for Ad Monitoring drives investment at Empello

In Compliance, Empello, News by Empello

Empello’s ability to track misleading affiliate marketing flows is in strong demand across all 12 countries where it is live.

Furthermore, new forms of affiliate non-compliance have recently emerged and Empello is actively providing monitoring and protection against these threats.

Besides Empello’s ad monitoring, which enables clients to develop sustainable traffic whilst filtering out misleading flows and fraudulent traffic, other popular services include local regulatory advice and in-country operational testing.

To accommodate the growth, Empello has now taken a second floor of office space at its main office on 8 Domingo Street in London, and announces today two new members of staff.

Diwas Karki will provide vital technical and system support across all markets. Anniek de Wild, who speaks Dutch and German, will join the European compliance team. Both Diwas and Anniek will be based in Empello’s London office, where there are now 12 staff.

Technology has always been at the core of Empello’s capabilities and the automated “Guardian” system is now live in UK, Italy, Australia and Mexico. With Guardian delivering thousands of ad discoveries, Compliance Analysts are able to cover much more ground than they would if working manually.

Investment in technology continues to grow, led by John Derham (Co-founder) and Craig Buckler (Head of Technology). Recent projects include automated detection of fraudulent affiliate traffic as well as programmed monitoring of in-app advertising. These services are now being rolled out across all Empello’s geographical markets.
